Had a great experience at Popular ELAMAKARA service centre. I had to change a battery and had called another service center who told me to that the process needs to check which type of battery etc and would take time. So when I called Jomin for support, I didn’t expect much from the service team. To my surprise what happened next was something great. Mr.Abijit called me in 10 minutes and asked the model and fuel. When I told him that I am travelling and couldn’t check the battery type, he told that he would sent both types as that would be an easier thing to do . So the team came to my place with both types and found the next hurdle that acid leak had covered the screw thread . The team then called a senior and they came in short time, got it rectified . My sincere thanks to the entire team(Abijit, Arun, Jeffin +2) for the wonderful support. My apologies that I couldn’t recollect the names of 2 other stars.

Great Customer Service I had a great service experience recently with Popular Elamakkara. The overall experience at this dealership was a very pleasant one. Special thanks to the DRM Mr.Antony, Customer Care Manager Vipin and Service Advisor Lijo who moved the process along very quickly and made themselves available to answer all my queries. The tech team members Jeffin, Alfikkar and Baiju had done a really wonderful job in servicing the vehicle. Telecaller agents Sheethal, Praveen and Anu from the insurance department assisted me for a hassle free insurance renewal procedure. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who needs some assistance with buying, repairing or maintaining a vehicle. Hats off to the entire Popular team!!!
